To ensure the best burn, we recommend allowing the wax pool to reach the edge of the jar before extinguishing the flame. This prevents tunneling and ensures an even burn throughout the life of the candle. The 2.5 inch diameter jar is best burned for 2.5-3 hours at a time, and we do not recommend burning for longer than 4 hours.
