Candle care

  • Before each burn, trim the wick to ¼ inch.
  • Keep the wax free of matches and debris.
  • Let the candle cool completely before handling or relighting.

Burn safely

  • Burn on a stable, heat-resistant surface, away from drafts and anything that can catch fire.
  • Never leave a burning candle unattended.
  • Keep away from children and pets.
  • Do not burn a candle if its jar is cracked or damaged.
  • Do not touch or move a candle while it is lit or the wax is liquid.
  • Never use water to extinguish a candle.
  • Follow your candle’s maximum burn time, and stop burning at the remaining-wax level stated on its safety label.
